Delete a module

You cannot delete a module if it is currently part of a test. Follow these steps to remove it from the test first, then delete it permanently.

Step 1: Unlink the Module from the Test

1. Open the Test: Go to the test case that uses the module.

2. Remove the Step: Find the module step in your list. Click the Trash/Delete icon next to that specific step to remove it from the workflow.

3. Save Changes: Click the purple Save Changes button at the bottom right.

   • Note: If you do not save, the platform will still think the module is in use.

Step 2: Delete the Module Permanently

1. Go to Modules: Navigate to the Modules tab in the left sidebar.

2. Check Usage: Find your module in the list. The "Used In" column should now show 0 tests.

3. Delete: Click the Trash (Delete) icon next to the module.

4. Confirm: Click Yes on the confirmation popup to permanently remove the module from your library.
