# Using variable in test

#### Step by Step Guide to use variable in test

1. Navigate to the **Tests** tab and click the **Create New** button.
2. Enter a **Test Name** in the designated field.
3. In the **Describe Your Flow** box, type your test steps in plain natural language.
4. To use a dynamic value, type {. Select **Add variable** from the dropdown menu, then choose the specific global variable you want to insert.
5. Click **Save** to finish creating the test.
